TCSD provides job-embedded professional learning experiences for teachers throughout the school year. Our primary focus areas are literacy, mathematics, and Responsive Classroom.

K - 5 Literacy Instructional Coaching is provided by Kathy King Dickman from the Center for Collaborative Classroom.

6 - 8 English Language Arts / Literacy coaching is provided by Kristi Hemingway Weatherall, an independent consultant who has years of experience working with the current middle school materials and coaching teachers.

Please note that each school will provide individualized professional learning for its teachers depending on their needs and their school improvement plan.
