* For students without access to YouTube: simply read through the attached affirmations lists, and then complete the reflection and sharing.
For the reflection, challenge yourself to think of these 3 things and then write or draw about them:
1.  Something you’re proud of from this past week.
2. Something you’d like to do better next week.
3. Something that is important to you right now.
Finally, share your reflection with someone you trust. You can do this in person, via social media, or on the Google Classroom space if you feel comfortable.
