#1 Yoga: Here is a unique opportunity to learn something new! Yoga meditation poses to work on your physical & mental wellness! Pick 4 to try, (See attached poses). I’d suggest playing music that puts you in a relaxed state of mind.

#2 Stretching: Work on your flexibility! Fight the urge to sit on your couch all day! Pick 4 stretches (see attached), count to 8. Do them 2 times each. Play music that puts you in a relaxed state of mind.

#3 Share in the comments a move that you taught someone else at your house. What move did you show them? How did they do? If you don’t have someone to teach, share which moves you liked best.

Goal for the week: do this yoga and stretching combination 3 times by the end of the week!
