Stretching: Work on your flexibility! Fight the urge to sit on your couch all day!

Directions: Pick 4 stretches (see attached), count to 8 while you do each stretch.
Do them 2 times each.
Play music that puts you in a relaxed state of mind while you stretch.  Share the challenge with someone in your home or someone via social media. Challenge others to get up and get moving too!
Your goal on Monday was to do your aerobic workout 3-4 times throughout the week - did you accomplish that goal? If not, do that aerobic workout today too!
Post a video or picture of you to our Facebook page or the comments here of you doing one of the exercises from your aerobic workout or your stretch today. If you don't have a way to photo or video your workout - you can tell us about it in the comments instead.
