Create your own work out! 

Pick 6 workout activities to do from the activity cards. Time yourself, 30 seconds each activity. Do your work out twice! With a minute break between the two workouts. See attached document for workout ideas. 

Then, pick one of the challenges (I'd use your favorite exercise) and complete the challenge. Share the challenge with someone in your home or someone via social media. Challenge others to get up and get moving too!

Try to do this workout 3-4 times this week! At the end of the week, see how you did.
