Freckles Visits North During Family Night
Freckles the Easter Bunny made an early stop at North Elementary during spring family conferences. In what has become an annual tradition, Freckles (a.k.a. JM, RR, SS), made an appearance at North’s all-school assembly, urging students to bring their families to family night, visit with teachers, and have their pictures taken with him. As he was leaving, North students joined Freckles in a spirited rendition of the Bunny Hop.
Apparently the kids listened to Freckles words of wisdom, as the participation rate for family night at North was 86%, and over 1000 pictures were taken! Students could also spend their accumulated PBIS tickets at the school store which was open from 3:00-8:00. Thank you North families for your taking the time to visit our school; your dedication to your child’s education is to be commended!
