This Week In Rosebud

Fear Factor

It was Rosebud's version of the television show, Fear Factor. The competition was fierce and the challenges frightening. The exception being, rather than snakes and bugs, the students faced off against oatmeal, Gummy Worms, whipped cream, and even chocolate pudding.

The youngest contestants got off easy as they were allowed to use their hands to find as many worms as possible hidden in the oatmeal. The other grades were not so lucky as they had to use their mouth. It was the 4th and 5th graders that had the best challenge of all, finding the Jolly Rancher hidden in chocolate pudding wrapped in a diaper.

Talk about Fear Factor, this celebration was a feel good gathering as part of Rosebud's PBIS program and the positive culture of our school.
The winners of each round faced of with one last challenge. Each winner had to find as many spiders as possible in 1 minute. The catch? They could only use their toes and the spiders were hidden in a tub of oatmeal.
